Reviews are powerful. They have transformed our culture, making the easy availability of information, based on the experiences of regular people, a huge factor in a great many of our decisions, be it a purchase, entertainment choice, where, how, and with whom we have social interactions, and much more.
Have you ever been been on the receiving end of a bad review?, or been really irate over a stupid review?, or pissed off by a mean and malicious review? Unfortunately, the power of the review goes to some peoples’ heads, and there are others that just have no business even being in the game. Interestingly, this powerful resource has escaped regulation from both government and industry, and this oversight is what has kept it dynamic, and so incredibly useful. People can be honest without fear of retribution. They can also be dishonest, mean, ignorant, and stupid, with impunity as well.
That is where RR comes in! We can impose a modicum of regulation through the mechanism of….scorn!…or sarcasm..or humor, or, perhaps, with evidence to the contrary, or, maybe even…the thoughtfully composed argument, adorned with fancy rhetoric!
Actually, I don’t really give a (ahem) about regulation! It’s just that, once in a while, I have an overwhelming urge to beat the crap outta someone! It might be because they got it all wrong, or are reviewing something they don’t own, or they use poor grammar, try to ‘offset’ a bad review they feel was undeserved, blind devotion to a Brand, or one of myriad other crimes common to these ‘Reviewers’! Some of the worst are the so-called ‘Professional Reviewers’ and the self-appointed ‘Experts on Everything’. I was astonished to find that there are links to read more of ‘This Reviewer’s reviews!!
The criminals need to be exposed, somehow, to save us from these awful, moronic, mean, and misguided reviews perpetrated on the public…and your input will help do it! Nothing like seeing things through the red lens of anger and frustration to compose an honest, if not always coherent, response!

1. Click on ReviewerRevenge or ‘Your Commentary’ under ‘IT”S YOUR TURN’
2. Click on the category where you want to post, then click on ‘New Thread’
3. Go to ‘Thread Subject’ box and enter what (or who) you are talking about, then a comma, and then where you are talking about. For example, ” Bose 3-2-1 Series II , CNET Reviews” or “McDonald’s, Martinez Walmart store”
4. Go to the ‘Your Message’ box and tell us all about it. You can put in URLs and quote reviews to make your point clear. It’s best to put quotes and examples in italics to separate it from what YOU have to say, which is best in non-italicized form, such as this example: http://www.reviewerrevenge.com/MyBB/showthread.php?tid=2
This truly is brand new! It’s a first attempt at a website, and made by researching and using the resources on the Internet. It’s amateurish because I’m an amateur, but it could be fun. If anyone would like to volunteer to help out with this site, I would like to hear from you. I do mean volunteer, as I have no resources to pay anyone, and you can see there is no PayPal donation page to take in money. I do believe this is worthwhile, and necessary. The Internet is an incredible thing…like the Wild West and everyone armed. I hope that this provides armament for voices of Action and Dissent! A place for a different point of view. Go for it! Call ‘em like you see ‘em!
